Notes:
-Occupation: Cigar Maker
-Presumably the Charles Mahn who immigrated on the ship "Cordelia" in 1860 and entered the US through the Castle Garden, NY port. His age on the ship manifest is listed as "18", but he would have only been 16 at this time, perhaps exageerating his age to gain passage since he traveled alone.
-Also in the Burial plot with Charles are an infant Adelaide 1902, and his grandaughter Gertrude, died 1920 at 8 months.
-Filed First Papers for Naturalizaion October 15, 1866. At that time, he was living at 94 Essex Street, NYC. He lists his former allegiance to "King of Bavaria". The Naturalization Record is on file at NYC Superior Court, NY County, Volume 157, Record #237.
-Charles appears in the 1916 Bloomfield, NJ Directory, as a cigarmaker.
-Obituary in Bloomfield Independant Press says he died after an illness of several weeks.

-Had a bother who immigrated to New York City.
