Notes:
-Was educated in LeRoy Academy and Cornell University. Served as a NY
State Senator for most of his career, introduced the use of the electric
chair. Later served on the Supreme Court of New Mexico until removed from
office by President Theodore Roosevelt for alleged misconduct. A
silhouette of a man who wore the same type of hat was seen in another
woman's house at night, and based on this alone he was accused.
