-In 1900 and 1910 US Census, a tinsmith in Brooklyn.
-On May 21, 1878 via ship "Herder", there is a Gotzel Rawicz, merchant
from Russia. On the departure manifest from Hamburg Germany it lists the
additional detail of Gotzel being from "Minsk" which is now part of
Belarus. This is a very good fit to this Getzel Ravitch.
