Clementina was married in Montarsiccio November 16, 1887 in
Montarsiccio, Bedonia, Italy to Francesco Giovanni Antonio Ferrari.
They immigrated with their oldest child Agostino and landed in New York
on the ship "Utopia" February 15, 1889. They had two more children:
(Charina/Katie?) born c.1890, and Resieri/Antonio (b.c.1894). Her
Husband Antonio Ferrari died April 29, 1895 in NJ.
CLementina married secondly Antonio Montigassi August 5, 1897 and had
three daughters: Eva Montegassi b.1898, Albina Montegassi born 1900, and
Maria Montegassi born 1902. She appears in the 1910 census, but her
husband is listed as widowed with the children in the 1915 and 1920
cenuss, so presumably she died between 1910 and 1915. But she is not
listed as buried in the same cemetery as her husband or first son
surprisingly. Her son
August/Augusto died March 1, 1915 and is buried in the same plot in Holy
Sepulchure Cemetery in East Orange as his father.
Her birth certificate from Bedonia was sent to me by the Archives in
Italy.
